An Informed Tenant

For every ten horrible landlords out there, there’s got to be at least one horrible tenant. The tenant behind these messages seems to be annoying, as he’s not only calling his landlord by the pet name “Brucie Baby,” but he’s also sending him memes.

While that all seems inappropriate, the fact is that this tenant knows his stuff! He cited New York City’s warranty of habitability law, which states that landlords are obligated to keep their properties “habitable” even if they must “make repairs.”
