When Your Tenant’s a Party Girl

This exchange of messages between Audrey (the tenant) and Joan (the landlady) is nothing but polite, but it shows that tenants have to be patient with their landlords too. We can only imagine Audrey’s surprise when she received a picture from Joan out of nowhere right before dinner time.

Joan was having drinks with the girls and probably got a little tipsy while having “a super time.” We only find it disappointing that she didn’t invite her tenant to join in on the action.
