Surely less creepy than some previous examples (but regrettable nonetheless), what about this lease termination followed by a marriage proposal? It goes to show that some people don’t know the meaning of the word “boundaries.”

In all fairness, though, we believe this tenant was just trying to make the most of his final opportunity to catch the eye of his soon-to-be ex-landlady. Since his lease was going down in one day, he probably felt like he had nothing to lose by declaring his true feelings.
