The Nice Guy

Text messages between landlords and tenants are sometimes friendly, as many landlords happen to be nice guys. This conversation is surely friendly, but the topic is what caught our eye: after all, they seem to be casually discussing how nice of a guy some murderer was while talking about fixing a door.

The true tragedy here is that we would like to know more! Who was this mysterious killer? How did he kill two people “very, very violently?” And did he used to live in the building?
