According to Haaretz, real estate law requires a two-thirds majority among building co-owners to install an elevator. And whenever one is, the tenants make the most of it. But what happens when greedy landlords decide residents aren’t entitled to use the elevator in their building?
Believe it or not, this landlord created a sophisticated toll system so his tenants wouldn’t use his precious elevator too many times. Well, we guess taking the stairs is much healthier anyway!
