An Exemplary Landlady

We’re tired of hating bad landlords. What about the good ones? There’s no such thing as a perfect landlord, but landlady Carmen seems to be as sweet as they come. She sent a lovely “Happy Easter” message to her tenants, even incentivizing them to do something new.

The perfect landlord is nice without being too nosy, supportive without asking too much of his/her tenants, and professional without being too stern. After seeing so many horrible landlord text messages, Carmen’s is like a breath of fresh air!
