According to a British survey shared by Property Reporter, 13% of renters in the United Kingdom said that renting led them to suffer from anxiety, and 10% said they were unhappy about their living situation. Reportedly, mental health issues caused by one’s living situation are twice more common among renters than homeowners.

And as if that wasn’t bad enough, renters still have to put up with their landlords, who love to send them cryptic text messages containing just the letter “N.” Maybe it’s short for “No?”
