Landlords can be a skeptical species. The most demanding landlords will only ever pay for a thing if they’re sure it needs fixing. This exchange of messages between Patrick and his wary landlord is but one hilarious example of that.

What is it that makes it hilarious? Well, probably the fact that it’s impossible to prove to someone that the running water is cold by sending him photos. Patrick still obliged his landlord’s ridiculous request, so we hope he got his water fixed.
