Yes, we’ve mentioned that house parties are a landlord’s worst nightmare. But not all landlords are the same. While some do whatever they can to prevent house parties from happening, others do everything they can to join the ones that do!

Perhaps out of loneliness, this particular landlord decided to join his tenants’ party and had lots of fun. But was he invited? Or did he decide to show up just because he owns the place where the party was at?
