Eviction Day? Choose Wisely

It’s never a good day to kick someone out of one of their apartments. But April Fools? It can be tricky to make a tenant believe she is being evicted on a day on which lying is permitted and skepticism abounds (especially if every ‘O’ in her phone is replaced by a heart symbol).

Here’s a tip for all present and future landlords: Christmas evictions are downright cruel, Halloween evictions can get you pranked, but April’s Fools evictions are by far the worst!
