The Clueless Landlord

According to Citizen’s Advice, landlords are generally responsible for paying for reparations around the house. Sadly, however, this is a responsibility that many landlords either avoid or forget about. This message exchange, for example, goes to show just how negligent some landlords are.

He’s not only taking a long time to fix a few pressing issues (from replacing the stove to repairing a broken outlet), but he also has no idea that one of his properties has an outside porch!
