Not My Responsibility!

Owning property is a double-edged sword. On one hand, there’s the safety (and profitability) of having a home of your own; on the other hand, there’s the added responsibility of taking care of such a home, even if it’s being rented to other people.

Sadly, though, many property owners (especially landlords) think they can ask tenants for money without doing the bare minimum for them. Not only is this landlord unconcerned about his tenant’s safety, but he’s also not taking two minutes of his time to fix the issue.
