Brad Pitt – Chanel No. 5

Chanel No. 5 has long cemented its status as a luxurious and iconic perfume, though there have been differing opinions about its scent. When the company wanted to market the women’s fragrance from a fresher perspective, they brought in Oscar-winning actor Brad Pitt.

The black-and-white advert features the “Fight Club” star reciting a dramatic monologue. The man behind the camera, in the director’s chair, was Joe Wright. Wright has previously directed ads for Chanel featuring Keira Knightley and has also directed the film “Anna Karenina.” Saturday Night Live parodied the commercial featuring Pitt, but we’re sure the “World War Z” star had the last laugh because he allegedly pocketed $7 million for the feature.
