Wow! These cheerleaders have done a fantastic job nailing their pyramid stunt and holding the position for a few seconds. We can only imagine how impressed the crowd must have been when they saw the girls with their proud faces.
Unfortunately, one of them didn’t get the memo. If we look closer at the foreground, a cheerleader didn’t bend the right way and hit her face on the ground. The truth is that back bending is practiced in cheerleading, dancing, and yoga. This move is a great way to open up the chest and shoulders area and stretch the flexors.
