We don’t have any idea what this woman was doing but perhaps, she fell down after a misstep while performing a cheerleading move. By the looks of it, she was able to stand on her own, but we hope she didn’t incur any injury.
At first glance, it also seemed that she was doing push-ups, which, according to the American Council on Exercise, are one of the most basic and effective exercises for building strength and endurance in the chest and upper body. They can also be used as a part of a warm-up routine before cheerleading practice or performances.
