Lisa Whelchel – 55 – Author & Inspirational Speaker

Lisa Whelchel was very young when she started earning in show business. She started out in The New Mickey Mouse Club and then she eventually got cast as Blair Warner in the show,  The Facts of Life. These days, Whelchel is known for her work as an author as well.

Her most popular books are The Facts of Life (and Other Lessons My Father Taught Me) and So You’re Thinking About Homeschooling. You can also catch Whelchel giving talks during the Women of Faith Christian conferences. That doesn’t mean she’s completely out of the star system and in 2012, Whelchel finished second in Survivor: Philippines.
