FARRAH FAWCETT – SUNBURN, 1979
The late Farrah Fawcett was an artist, stunner, and actress who became internationally famous for her role in the first season of “Charlie’s Angels.” Her Hollywood debut came as a 21-year-old, appearing in commercials and a few guest TV appearances, including in “Harry O” and “The Six Million Dollar Man.”
In 1979, Fawcett, who had become Hollywood’s feminine symbol, starred in the British-American detective comedy film “Sunburn.” She played Ellie Morgan, a hired wife to Dekker, where she rocked this blue denim-like swimsuit that became a popular photo. The “Extremities” actress was a pop culture icon who produced several best-selling bathing suit-clad posters.
