Coffin-dam?
Have you ever heard of a cofferdam? Often used in building bridges and dams, a cofferdam is a temporary de-watered barrier meant to create a dry working environment. It’s used, for instance, to safely make the foundation of a bridge. But why does it look so dangerous?
While we’re pretty sure these guys are professionals and know what they’re doing, we cannot stop fearing for their lives. Coffer-dam? Looks more like a ”coffin-dam” to us! It takes a strong mind to work in the construction of massive urban infrastructures. Well, either that or blatant disrespect for danger!
