This picture will inspire you to take a close look at your sneakers before putting them on. It’s hard to find the motivation to jog already, but the prospect of stumbling upon a sneaky spider only makes it more difficult.

Showing up without an invitation, this spider decided it was a good idea to build a web in someone’s shoe. The most anxiety-inducing aspect of it all is that the jogger could’ve easily missed the spider and crushed it. We guess this photo is as stressful to the spider as to the rest of us!
