Ben Hardy – Peter Beale from EastEnders

Some actors are afraid to join a long-running soap opera cast out of fear of getting stuck. But, as the young English actor Ben Hardy has shown, that’s probably nonsense! He joined the cast of EastEnders in 2013 and left after just two years to appear in a couple of major Hollywood films.

Now an up-and-rising movie star, Hardy has given up being Peter Beale to become Archangel in X-Men: Apocalypse, Wade Parker in Only the Brave, and Roger Taylor in Bohemian Rhapsody. He’s currently working on four new projects, including a mini-series titled The Girl Before.
