Ryan Thomas – Jason Grimshaw from Coronation Street

If you’re a big fan of Ryan Thomas, you may feel sad to hear that he’s decided to quit acting in 2021 after losing “the bug for it.” But while the bug was still around, Thomas was a very successful English performer, best known for his 16-year rendition of the Coronation Street character Jason Grimshaw.

Before retiring, Thomas appeared in the Australian soap Neighbors and made it to a couple of TV movies, including 2010’s Coronation Street: Tram Crash. Still, Thomas’ biggest claim to fame happened in 2018, the year he won the final edition of Celebrity Big Brother.
