Wendi Peters – Cilla Battersby-Brown from Coronation Street

After appearing in plays and musicals, the English actress Wendi Peters embraced her best-known acting role. In 2003, she was cast as Coronation Street’s Cilla Battersby-Brown, a kind of mean character known for her many scamming plots. Battersby-Brown left the soap in 2007 but came back for a short run of episodes in 2014.
