Cindy Williams – Age 73

Cindy Williams needs little introduction, especially to the fans of the Laverne & Shirley sitcom that aired between 1976 and 1982. Williams’ career began with roles in national commercials, and she was seen in ads for Forster Grant and TWA. She had her first big award nominations (BAFTA) for her roles in American Graffiti and The Conversation.

Now, since George Lucas directed American Graffiti, he considered Williams for Princess Leia’s role in his then-upcoming Star Wars movie. Still, it ultimately went to the late Carrie Fisher. In 2020, Williams was in Canaan Land.
