The Screaming Cinder Block

This is easily one of the few graffiti that does not destroy the original property but still sends a message and easily holds one’s attention. Cinderblocks are generally hollowed rectangular blocks made entirely of cement and coal cinders broken into smaller fractions. They could range between 13 to 16 inches and are quite light, which differentiates them from concrete blocks.

With just a splash of red paint, this cinder block was transformed into a screaming figure. Not only does the steel pipe add to the drama and graphic nature of it, but the center hole itself also makes the screaming face come to life.
