Street Art Galore: These Are The Most Creative Vandalisms You Will Ever See!

The Shining, “Here’s Johnny!”

For those familiar with Stanley Kubrick’s 1980 horror film, “The Shining,” understanding this picture would be no hassle. It’s a replica of the image of Jack Nicholson’s face in the film while playing the role of Jack Torrence.

In the scene, Nicholson, trying to get through to Shelley Duvall in the bathroom, broke a hole in the door and inserted his face. Then he screamed, “Here’s Johnny!” The scene got quite popular. The last line in particular was adapted from announcer Ed McMahon. It’s a famous introduction method he uses to welcome the host, Johnny Carson, during an NBC late-night show, “The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson.”
