Good Prophesies Only

Owning a billboard is one of the surest ways to make the big bucks, and when you’re after good money, it’s impossible to be picky about patronage. We imagine the person who rented this billboard to place this odd message on had little or no argument from the person they were renting it from.

However, it seems a passerby was having none of it, so they included their own message as well. They don’t seem to care that graffiti can be a type of crime. In fact, in the United States, local jurisdictions have set up graffiti prevention hotlines. Using these lines, citizens can call in and report vandalism.
