As an adult, there are benefits to traveling with your parents. To begin with, you can count on them to do all the preparation, including finding the greatest hotel deals! But if we said everything would happen without a hitch, we’d be lying.

It appears that Catherine’s mother booked their hotel when she was a little distracted and informed hotel personnel that her daughter was a child rather than a teenager. Catherine probably slept on this “special bed” during their vacation due to that distraction and eventual mistake. What a waste of a lovely weekend with mom, eh?
