The Pose, The Color, The Dress!

When it came time to choose an outfit for prom, this young lady knew immediately that she wanted to wear this stunning red dress. Really, seeing how gorgeous the garment is, we’d do the same. The long, floaty clothing was doubled up in satin by means of a matching jacket. Thirty-six years after the original photo was taken, the daughter replicated it on the night of her prom in 2016.

She followed her mother’s lead by posing while seated with her eyes closed, legs crossed, and hands in her lap. This ensemble is so intriguing because the girl’s grandmother lovingly sewed the attire.
