The “Leave Nothing Behind” Rule

What looks like an AI-generated picture is a real art display! In 2015, attendees of the Burning Man festival were greeted by the “Brainchild,” this incredible sculpture depicted a giant hand, fingers outstretched, with an intricate cage-like structure on its palm, resembling a brain.

The vast Black Rock desert, where the festival is held, is truly a haven where rules are minimal, allowing for self-expression and creativity. However, one of the cardinal principles of the festival is the leave-no-trace policy, emphasizing environmental preservation. Unfortunately, this rule isn’t always diligently followed, and the attendees need to be reminded of their responsibility towards the very land that hosts their annual escape.
