The Salad Tastes Different Today!

Some of the healthiest meals you can eat at a restaurant are probably salads. However, they aren’t necessarily the best or the safest, as Reddit editor, DirgeofElliot, discovered when he began to eat this salad he had ordered. When you look closely, you can see what looks like a winged mantis on his meal!

We suspect a worker unintentionally bagged the unlucky bug after accidentally harvesting it with the lettuce. DirgeofElliot examined his salad first before eating the mantis, which is a good thing. Even if it’s completely covered with a delicious dressing, we believe the bug wouldn’t have tasted fantastic.
