Alex Pettyfer’s “Magic Mike” Issue

In 2011, the English actor Alex Pettyfer worked in blockbusters such as Justin Timberlake’s “In Time” and D.J. Caruso’s “I Am Number Four.” The Hertfordshire native was then cast to appear in the hit 2012 production “Magic Mike,” but he reportedly failed to get along with his co-stars.

While Pettyfer credited his bad relationship with the likes of Channing Tatum to his lack of confidence, he felt the cast thought he was just being arrogant. The fact is that Pettyfer’s acting career slowed down a bit after “Magic Mike,” even though he has since been cast to the 2022 thriller “The Infernal Machine.”
