What Are the Chances?

Certainly, we get the point made on this sign. However, what is more intriguing, is the photograph depicted in the sign. It begs us to wonder if, for some reason, it is possible that what we’re seeing in the photograph may have happened.

Maybe it is a photoshopped image, a really good crafted graphics design, or even a good painting. But, could it be possible, even in the slightest way, that a dog stood on just its hind legs, tools in hand, and packed up its stool? What are the chances?
