The Sign Can’t Tell Me Where To Be

Signs at parks are often to inform us of what is and isn’t permitted there. Most times they are pretty easy to understand when presented properly. With this sign, however, it could be understood in a number of ways.

For this cat, the sign simply means no dogs allowed. And if by some stroke of coincidence it meant no cats allowed, well then that’s a different thing. As far as this kitty is concerned, a sign can not tell him where to be in the park. No areas are off-limits here.
