Scared Kitty

For good reason, they say the eyes are a window to the soul, especially because they pass across a lot of information as well. This structure probably didn’t get much of a second glance from passersby, and it may have been hard to tell what was going on too.

However, a creative genius knew that adding some eyes would give it more character. Cats were greatly revered in ancient Egypt, causing them to be worshipped. Bronze cat statuettes were placed as votive offerings at temples. Now, this kitty cat appears to be running away from a predator or something. So this may not be one of those precious bronze statues.
