Roads have signs and that reason is to warn motorists and pedestrians alike about things that lie ahead. These signs have been in use since the late 1800s, but even today they are still very relevant. Despite this, sometimes people don’t heed the warnings, but what happens when it’s the sign, not the person that’s wrong?

Take a look at this picture, for example. This ‘Do Not Enter’ sign has a stick man figure on it. Another fascinating thing about this sign is that it could possibly have been made by one of the largest manufacturing plants for traffic signs, Franklin Correctional Center in North Carolina.
