Malcolm Hebden – Norris Cole from Coronation Street

The English TV/stage actor Malcolm Hebden was perfect in the role of Norris Cole, a Coronation Street character that kept on coming and going: he left the series in 1997 to return in 1999, and again in 2017 to return in 2019. Last year, the Coronation Street fans said goodbye to Cole for one last time, as Hebden announced his retirement from acting at 81.

Besides appearing in over 1,600 Coronation Street episodes, Hebden also worked in the TV series Crown Court, Spyship, and A Bit of a Do.
