A Manchester native, Simon Gregson portrays Steve McDonald, who’s famous for being Coronation Street’s “most married” character. In total, McDonald tied the knot a whopping seven times over the last 32 years. Luckily, Gregson’s been happily married to his first wife, Emma Gleave, since 2010.

A recurring character in Coronation Street, McDonald has appeared in over 3,000 episodes between 1989 and 2021. Gregson has made it to many British talk shows, and games shows with little time to embrace other acting projects. In 2021, he appeared as a contestant in Celebrity Catchphrase.
