From Justin Bieber to Michael Cera, These Canadian Superstars Have Made a Name for Themselves Globally

Victor Garber

London, Ontario-born actor Victor Garber has been a part of a few critically acclaimed projects such as the 1997 “Titanic,” 2012’s “Argo,” and the 2008 film “Milk.” After studying at the University of Ontario, he had already formed a folk band that went on to perform in shows such as “The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson.”

However, Garber realized he wanted to go beyond music and started working in theater. Already a student of acting, he did pretty well and got roles in some good projects, including the acclaimed Broadway musical “Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street.” That experience eventually led the star actor into TV and films.
