Alanis Morissette was born in Ontario in 1974 and began her journey in music as early as the late ’80s. Her first two studio albums were in Canada, while she moved to Los Angeles for her third, titled “Jagged Little Pill.” That was the most famous one for her up until that time in 1995.

This album non only boosted to the top of the charts but also sold 33 million copies globally, making Morissette a commercial success. In 2015, a four-disc collector’s edition hit store shelves to celebrate the 20th anniversary of this album. Morissette reportedly resides in California, United States, with her husband Mario Treadway and three children.
