Nowadays, Lothar Matthäus is more active as a commentator and expert at football games, where he can professionally assess what is happening thanks to his many years of experience as a football player. Because Lothar himself was in the German national team from 1979 to 2000 and even made it to the world championship title in 1990. During his football career he has traveled all over the world and especially as a club coach he seems to have worked on every continent.
