What Language Is That?

If you thought dogs could not read, well that’s something you and the people who made this sign do not have in common. They obviously take their job of conveying warnings to people very seriously. They even went as far as creating their own language!

They probably assumed it was necessary to inform the dogs as well as their owners. At least if the owners refuse to abide by the rules, their pets might choose to do so after reading the sign. We don’t know how effective this sign has been, however.
