Car Decor?

There’s so much chaos around this car that it’s nothing but mind-boggling. Did someone decide to trash this person’s car as revenge for something? Why is there so much crime scene tape around the car? It’s almost like they crashed through a crime scene, but the car isn’t damaged, so that’s unlikely.

As if that wasn’t enough, they made sure to show their patriotic side absurdly with U.S. flags on the trunk and hood. If you could explain the tape and flag, you’d be hard-pressed for an explanation for why that cone was added.
