Jennifer Love Hewitt is still active as an actress, and was featured in a 2022 episode of “9-1-1.” But this former “Party of Five” star spent three years away from the screen between 2015 and 2018 and is far from being the Hollywood favorite she used to be in the ’90s. While birthing her first child in 2013 helped to drive her focus away from show business, Hewitt’s disappearance may also be related to a surprising cancellation.

In 2010, Hewitt’s show “Ghost Whisperer” was canceled and the Waco, Texas native confessed that the news came as a “total shock” to her. Her career hasn’t been the same ever since.
