Kait Parker, with her confidence and looks, would rather have been a model if she was not a meteorologist. However, she has a passion for science that came from her parents. Born and raised in Grapevine, Texas, Parker is married and a mother to a daughter.

She was the producer and correspondent of the mini-documentary “Toxic Lake: The Untold Story of Lake Okeechobee.” The stunning weather forecaster has worked for The Weather Channel until 2019. The very next year, she was seen reporting the Hurricane Dorian on weather.com. She is an active advocate against pollution and climate change, and her profession is complimented by her atmospheric sciences education.
