Above-the-Ground Parking

It’s becoming increasingly difficult to find parking spaces in cramped neighborhoods with a burgeoning population, thereby testing one’s patience to the limit. We still need to talk about the increasing number of car theft cases to keep in mind too! Does a solution to this menace exist? We think we have an answer to that question.

A German company, Manfred Dick and Johannes Kauka proposed a unique balcony car park with a spacious vehicle elevator. The design would see vehicles transported up the penthouse entryway before being driven to their parking spot. Don’t ask about the cost since we believe it’s reserved for the rich.
