URSULA ANDRESS – DR. NO, 1962
Even after making her debut in acting in 1954, Ursula Andress got her breakthrough in 1962 after appearing in the James Bond film “Dr. No.” It was a spy movie where she played Honey Ryder. Surprisingly, in a certain scene, she was required to rock a bikini, which felt awkward.
Fashion icon Andress came a long way from converting a ’50s’ ‘taboo’ to the freedom of wearing stylish bikinis to date. She later crossed all odds and wore this lovely two-piece bathing suit, which skyrocketed the film after its release. The white belted bikini is still considered the most stunning swimsuit of all time.
