For some reason, people tend to be more inclined to propose around the Christmas season. Days before Christmas in 2013, Canadian Matt Eagle proposed to his fiancée Jasmine Godoy when she arrived in Saskatoon. The romantic gesture came out like a scenario reminiscent of the movie “Meet Me in St. Louis.”

Fortunately, Eagle had Jenna Rutherford, a skilled photographer friend, by his side to record the passionate moment. Godoy answered yes, and this memorable experience quickly became popular online.
