Mixed Signals

These restroom doors have got a lot going on. One side has a woman’s limbs, while the other depicts a man with the same appendages stretched out. Had this been all, it would be easy to know which bathroom to enter.

However, both doors also display a hand pointing at each other. The signs on this entryway may be visually appealing, but they are also confusing. In a crowded and busy bar, many inebriated customers might spend a lot of time trying to decipher which room to enter. And it might be too late if they cannot decide in time.
