Kamala Harris & Doug Emhoff – 7 Years

January 2021 was a momentous month for Kamala Harris because that’s when she became the official 49th U.S. Vice President. It’s now April, and she’s just moved into the newly renovated vice president’s residence, Number One Observatory Circle, with her husband, Doug Emhoff.

Harris’ first meeting with Emhoff, a legal professional, happened because of a mutual friend. Their blind date in 2014 immediately led to a wedding later that year. After their union, Harris became the stepmother of Emhoff’s two kids to film producer Kerstin Emhoff.
