Stephen Colbert In “The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug”

This had to be one of the best episodes of Stephen Colbert’s talk show, especially for all fans of the “Lord Of The Rings” And “The Hobbit” trilogies. The host starts by telling the audience he had been to New Zealand; it didn’t come as a surprise to know that the above movies had scenes shot there.

He later indicated that Peter Jackson, the writer, and director of the film franchise, was casting Colbert in a sequel titled “The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug” and showed a trailer of the movie. It was clearly a funny spin-off with Colbert playing the lead.
